F. 3, to recover their losses and damages, including out of pocket expenses reasonably incurred for the benefit of the deceased, a reasonable allowance for travelling expenses incurred during the deceased’s treatment or recovery, the provision of nursing, housekeeping and other service provided to the deceased, a reasonable allowance for loss of income or the value of the aforesaid service.
In addition, there may be a claim to compensate for the loss of guidance, care and companionship that family members might reasonably have expected to receive had the deceased not been killed.
